I rear-ended a car this morning. So there we are alongside the road and slowly the driver gets out of the car. . . and you know how when you just get so stressed that life-stuff starts to get funny?

Yeah, well, I could NOT believe it. He was a DWARF!

He storms over to my car, looks up at me and says, 'I AM NOT HAPPY!'
So, I look down at him and say, 'Well, then which one are you?'

. . . and that's when the fight started .

I met a woman this past week who is a "good friend' of David's.  We've been chatting on and off for several days and she mentioned that she was going to be e-mailing him soon and she wanted to know if I'd like to send a message to him.  (Notice...she offered.  I did not ask.)  I've never been keen on the idea of sending letters to celebrities.  It seems like a waste of time.  But...I decided to go ahead and do it.  I mean...why not?!?  So, I sent her a message this morning to see if her offer still stood.  Her exact words were...'absolutely yes, I am awaiting your mail.'  So then she told me that she spoke with him via e-mail a couple of nights ago and told him all about me and how we had met and how sweet I had been.  (!!!!)  She also mentioned that I'd probably be sending a message his way pretty soon, to which he replied, and I quote, 'Ahh lovely!'  And he said he's 'looking forward to it'.  So...ahem...I think that counts as him knowing who I am.  Oh...and one more thing.  She told me to ask him any questions I had--he'll most likely be responding to me!!! 

I've pretty much been walking around with this HUGE cheesy grin on my face all day.  Most of you who know me well, know that I simply love Horatio.  But I'm also a huge fan of David, too.  So, it's not as if I only like the character. 

Anyway...I think that's enough for now. 

Definitely ready to come home.  I LOVE the family (well, the wife mostly) we are staying with.  She's sweet, warm, and very friendly. Kinda southern-ish.  Which is strange, considering the fact that she's from Iowa.  Oh well.  We've had some...icky...moments.  But the coolest thing so far....is that it's SNOWING!!!  They've got 1.5-2 inches...and it's freezing rain now.  It's beautiful to see.  That's the highlight of the trip for me.  I can't wait to see everyone again.

I just saw Enchanted with Cal, Ashley O, McKena and two other friends from KWC.  That movie is worth the hype.  It's hilarious, heart-warming, entertaining, cute, hilarious, has great music, and did I mention it's hilarious?  By far one of the best Disney pics I've seen in a long time.  I hope this starts a new trend back to the good ol' days of Disney Musicals.  I HIGHLY recommend this movie.  It's not just for kids, either.  This is one that can be enjoyed by anyone.  Do yourself a favor and go see it!!!

Did any of you see the trailer released many months ago that had no name?  It simply said 1.18.08.  That was the trailer that was filmed similarly to Blair Witch Project--using a hand cam.  There was a surprise party in NYC and suddenly there was an explosion downtown and then the Statue of Liberty's head came flying down the street...
